Transformational Leadership

Transformational leadership is a leadership strategy and process where “leaders and their followers raise one another to higher levels of morality and motivation.” Transformational leaders build teams defined by integrity, fairness, support and recognition, high expectations, clear goals, and inspiration. These teams, in turn, are inspired and empowered to exceed normal levels of performance.
